The residence is located in Ano Chora, near the northern entrance (Lotzia/Loggia) of the Castle and has a northeast orientation overlooking Kythnos and the islands of Vous and Serifopoula

Description

Lotzia Traditional House is located very close to Chora Castle and just 30 meters from the northern lotzia (loggia), which was the entrance to the medieval fortified settlement that is amphitheatrically developed on the rocky slope. The house was built in the late 18th century and uviginally was the family house. It belongs to the complex of houses that surrounded the medieval castle.
Following the uphill stone path, you pass through the northern entrance of the Castle and crossing the old mansions, you get up to the endless blue of the Aegean. At the top of the hill are preserved the ruins of the Venetian castle built in 1434 and at the highest point the chapel of Ag. Konstantinos overlooking the port of the island and the nearby islands: Sifnos, Kythnos, Milos, Syros ...
 
The house is ideally located  and combines absolute peace with easy access to shopping and entertainment, since you need less than 3 minutes to walk to the center of Chora.

The interior of the house is fully furnished and consists of a comfortable living room, a bedroom and a bathroom. The bedroom has 1 double bed and 1 single bed. Also in the living room there is a comfortable sofa that can be used us a child bed, a dining room and a fully equipped kitchen
